ISO 9001:2015 – International Standard for Quality
ISO 9001 is an international standard that defines requirements for a quality management system (QMS) in organizations. The standard was first published in 1987, and has been revised since then, with the latest version being published in 2015.
Computer Guard was certified to the ISO 9001 standard already in 2000. Our employees undergo recurrent training and once a year conduct an internal audit and check on behalf of a certified inspector of the Standards Institution of Israel in order to make sure that the company continues to meet the requirements of the standard. Once every 3 years, Computer Guard receives an updated certificate.
Computer Guard implements quality management processes with strict adherence to:
- Customer Satisfaction: The standard emphasizes understanding and meeting assistance expectations, which can lead to improved loyalty and satisfaction.
- Improving the organizational efficiency: the standard requires organizations to identify and document their work processes, and analyze them regularly. This analysis can help identify opportunities to improve processes and save costs.
