Information Security and Quality Assurance

In today’s dynamic world, information has become a strategic asset for many organizations. Along with the many advantages, significant challenges have also arisen regarding the security of our corporate information data and that of our customers.

Computer Guard was certified to the ISO 27001:2022 standard by theStandards Institution of Israel. The certification demonstrates our high commitment to maintaining and securing corporate information and data while complying with the requirements of the law and the relevant regulations.

The certification is based on three guiding principles:

  • The integrity and reliability of the information – assuring that the information in the system will contain everything that was defined from the beginning and that the data itself has not been changed or compromised by an unauthorized party.
  • The confidentiality of the information – the information will be accessible to authorized parties only.
  • The availability of the information – the information system and the information stored in it will be available according to the access level defined by the organization’s information systems manager.

Our customers can rest assured that we at Computer Guard place the concern for information security as a high priority while complying with privacy protection regulations so that your information and that of your customers is kept and protected under maximum protections.

ISO 9001:2015 – International Standard for Quality

ISO 9001 is an international standard that defines requirements for a quality management system (QMS) in organizations. The standard was first published in 1987, and has been revised since then, with the latest version being published in 2015.

Computer Guard was certified to the ISO 9001 standard already in 2000. Our employees undergo recurrent training and once a year conduct an internal audit and check on behalf of a certified inspector of the Standards Institution of Israel in order to make sure that the company continues to meet the requirements of the standard. Once every 3 years, Computer Guard receives an updated certificate.

Computer Guard implements quality management processes with strict adherence to:

  • Customer Satisfaction: The standard emphasizes understanding and meeting assistance expectations, which can lead to improved loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Improving the organizational efficiency: the standard requires organizations to identify and document their work processes, and analyze them regularly. This analysis can help identify opportunities to improve processes and save costs.
